Liliana Soengas is the founder and President of Legacy Management. She brings to the table over 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge in all aspects of Condominium Management Services. Her forte is in working with Condo Boards and Developers in arbitrating positive results. The development and launching of major condominium communities has led Liliana to a level of expertise that continues to assist condominium boards in fulfilling their vision for their communities. Here Liliana’s expertise shines through from the financial to that of administrative governance. As an expert arbiter with intimate knowledge of the Condominium Act, Liliana incorporates a broad scope of industry-related knowledge to facilitate a truly comprehensive approach to her work. 

Liliana’s work is to bring people together and impart her professional experience to others extends beyond her work schedule. As a Director for the Race Relations Council of Markham, a treasurer for a major political party, being a Director Treasurer of her home condominium, and instructing at Humber College in cooperation with ACMO, gives Liliana an encompassing approach to all challenges that may present themselves.
